Following my advice on Ebay I would like to tell another story about what not to do.
In Germany the use of creditcard online is very limited. German shoppers nomally pay by COD or by "vorkasse" which means transferring the money to the sellers bank account. Not only is this expensive, but it also doesn't give the buyer any security for receiving anything, unlike with creditcards and paypal.
In Febuary of this year I place an order with the german firm Z-tronic. A company that among other things sell doorboards for cars and so I ordered a doorboard for my corrado. I transferred €110 to Z-tronics bankaccount, but never received anything and never got a reply on my emails, even though I tried twice in english and once in german.
I hindsight I should have done a search on the store beforehand, as I would have found several discontended customers. Hopefully by writing this I can save other customers some money.
If your gonna shop online don't pay by "vorkasse" and never shop by Z-tronic.
